What changes the price: how far you are from our tent crew, whether the tent sits on grass or a driveway (driveways need weighted blocks instead of stakes), and whether there's gravel on or near the spot (cleaning fee). Fill out the form and you'll have a flat total within 24 hours. Tents are set May 1 through mid-October, weather permitting. Sales tax added at checkout.

Yes. Grass is the simplest setup because the tent is staked. On concrete, asphalt or gravel the tent is held down with weighted ballast blocks instead, which adds to the price. Gravel also adds a cleaning fee because limestone dust gets on the tent. Tell us your surface on the request form and we'll quote it accurately.
Tents start at $575 for the tent, setup and teardown on grass. Your final price depends on how far you are from the crew, whether the tent goes on grass or a driveway, and whether there's gravel nearby. As early as you can, especially for May and June graduation season. Two to three weeks ahead is the minimum so the crew can schedule your setup and you can mark the spot before they arrive.
Tent fees are non-refundable once booked. If the crew has to call off setup because of storms or high winds, you receive a tent credit good for 6 months toward a future rental instead of a refund.
No — sidewalls aren't available on the 20×20. It's an open-air tent, which is what most grad parties and reunions want anyway. Lighting and other add-ons are available on request.
Yes. Most people pair the tent with our 100-chair, 20-table package, but you can request a tent on its own.
